What is Junior Assembly?
The Junior Assembly of Gastonia, N.C. is an organization established for the purpose of providing dancing instruction, social etiquette and supervised entertainment for the children of the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth grades. The importance of consideration of others is stressed and much self-confidence is acquired.

Membership
Membership is by invitation only.
Appropriate Dress for Instruction:
Girls - dress or skirt and blouse (no pants or jean skirts)
Boys, coat and tie, leather shoes.
Appropriate Ball Dress:
Girls - short party dress or tea length (church dress appropriate)
Boys, dress shirt, tie, suit or sport coat, leather shoes.
Please put your child’s name in his/her coat!
The Director must reserve the right to dismiss any child whose behavior is deemed detrimental to the development of proper social conduct and manners. Parents are urgently requested to bring and call for their children promptly at the specified hour.
